Harris County Public Health will be onsite at Holocaust Museum Houston all day, administering 1st, 2nd and booster doses of the Moderna (ages 18+) COVID vaccine.
- No Photo ID is required, but those receiving 2nd and booster doses must bring their vaccination card with them.
- Insurance is not required.
- Children between the age of 5 and 17 must have a consent form signed on the day of the vaccination.
- Walk-ins will be accepted.
