DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin Holocaust Museum Houston in the Boniuk Library for an afternoon discussion with local author Darlene Campos of her book The Center of the Earth. This historical fiction aimed middle grade and young adult readers\, spins a historical fiction story based on interviews with Holocaust survivors who made their way to Ecuador. The “powerful\, moving\, and well-written” novel gives a heartwarming\, yet heartwrenching look at what it means to be a family. \nCopies of the book will be available for purchase with a credit card.
