What About the Paper-Based Curriculum Trunks?
Many educators have used Holocaust Museum Houston’s paper-based curriculum trunks over the past decade. As the Museum has now shifted to the digital curriculum trunks, the older paper-based versions are now available for sale.
A select number of paper-based trunks will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The trunks will not have the audio-visual materials (films, CDs, etc.) as these have not traveled well over the years. The administrative fee for the trunks is $500 (for approximately $4,000 worth of resources), plus one-way shipping costs to the requesting school. Trunks are available for purchase by any public, private or home school, as well as by nonprofit organizations. Title I schools are especially encouraged to contact the Museum (as additional funding may be available for those schools).

To request information on one of the paper-based trunks, send an email with the following information to trunks@hmh.org:

  1. School name
  2. Shipping address (for a quote on shipping costs)
  3. Type of trunk requested (Available trunks include: elementary, middle school, high school social studies, high school language arts, high school AP language arts, genocide and Spanish-language.)
  4. Whether the school is a Title I school
