Speakers Bureau

Holocaust Museum Houston offers off-site presentations made by Holocaust survivors, members of the 2nd Generation and Museum staff members.

  • “Through Their Eyes:  A Survivor’s Story.” These programs involve adult children of Holocaust survivors who weave their parents’ stories and videotaped testimonies into a 50-minute interactive, multimedia presentation. A DVD player and projection screen must be available for these programs.

  • Museum Staff Presentations. These presentations are made by Staff members and include members of the Museum’s Education, Exhibits, Archives, Collection, Membership and Public Relations departments.

  • Holocaust Survivor Presentations. Some survivors of the Holocaust will speak to school or civic groups. Most survivors are not able to travel great distances and only accept engagements in which they speak for 30 minutes or longer.

To request a speaker, please complete the Speaker Request Form and return it by FAX to 713-527-1620 or by e-mail to speakers@hmh.org.
